How does this piece of evidence show the chosen IB Learner Profile Characteristic?

This piece of work represents the IB Learner Profile of thinkers because of all of the hard work I did for this essay. I used a lot of my head and a lot of research to complete this piece of work. At the end my work was amazing and I'm very proud of me because of the hard work.

Which challenges did I face when developing this particular evidence?
At first I struggled figuring out how to start my engagement activity and how to organize my work and also I didn't know which subject I wanted to use for my essay. Also, I had to take some time to think about what I wanted to write. However, after a while I knew what I wanted to do and I loved the final result of my essay.

How can this particular evidence help me in the future?
This evidence showed me the things I investigated, in this case the COVID-19. This evidence helped me to understand that not only the virus is affecting people, but also to the economy and that the future will be complicated because of that.

This piece of work shows the IB Learner Profile Characteristic of risk- takers
Even though many troops hesitated to backup and help other countries forces that led to increments of tension between National officers and UNOSOM II military and political leaders.
And with the lack of the unity, the UNOSOM II Troops were putting themselves a greater Danger , they had to be risk takers in order to have the mission accomplished.
Which challenges did I face when developing this particular evidence?
It was complicated to do this work because my team, and I spent a lot of time doing this presentation. I really enjoyed doing this work because the chapter of the book was similar to a movie so I watched the movie, but I also red the chapter.

How can this particular evidence help me in the future?
This evidence could help me if I want to explain to someone about this conflict, I will know what to say because of all the research i did for this work.

How does this piece of evidence show the chosen IB Learner Profile Characteristic?

This evidence shows the IB Learner Profile is Knowledgeable, because as people get information about how to prevent violence and about laws they could be less influenceable and more eager to prevent violence and not support terrorism. Programs that address community deterioration (improving areas for children to play and providing supervised activities); alcohol abuse; gun safety; non violence coping skills; and economic issues can also help to prevent youth violence.
Which feelings or memories do I remember while thinking about the evidence?
That I can see a lot of violen all over the world, and it makes me sad specially because I see that it hurts mainly young people in poor countries that lack opportunities of development Each year, over 1.6 million people worldwide lose their lives to violence. Moreover, violence places a massive burden on national economies, costing countries billions of US dollars each year in health care, law enforcement and lost productivity.

What did I learn about myself while completing this evidence?
That we should do whatever it takes to make a change because the world it's so dangerous. We as people we should help each other or talk things instead of bringing violence to our beautiful world. It makes me sad to see the world this way, and I hope one day it can change.
